Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! Please email us for more details about our book program.


Is there special care I need to take with my book cover?

Your book is built to last. Like all paper products, though, we suggest you keep it away from liquids, harsh weather, and direct sunlight. The cover’s velvet fabric is delicate and should remain in a clean environment so it stays pretty.


Do you offer returns?

We do offer returns for our greeting cards and pins.  Because our books are custom made-to-order we unfortunately do not offer returns for these items.


What is debossing?

Debossing is the process we use to imprint an image into the cover of your book. Our specific process uses heat to transfer the image onto the velvet fabric.

 

Can I order just a solid book without a design?

No, we don't sell our luxury books without a design option.


Where do you make the books?

All books are handmade locally here in Colorado.

 

Where is my order shipped from?

Your book is shipped straight from our studio in Denver.


How long will it take from the time I place my order to ship?

If your order is not custom, we will make every effort to ship it within 7–10 business days. If you’ve placed an order for a custom monogram, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship from our studio.


What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

Luckily, we haven’t experienced many instances of this. However, to make sure your order arrives in your hands safe and sound, it’s always a good idea to insure it. Please let us know as soon as possible if you suspect your order has been lost.


Do you have rush delivery?

We want your book to look perfect for you, so we are unable to guarantee a rush on the crafting process. However, you can add priority shipping to your order during checkout.


Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. If you live outside of the U.S., please contact us via email so we can arrange shipping with you directly.
